            LOL, that old song and dance. “Oh, we just couldn’t help ourselves from invading Ukraine even though literally no one was threatening to attack us.” Russia needs better excuses for slaughtering innocent people. But hey, it managed to really play with a porcupine this time, so maybe there won’t be a next time.

            In 1989, during negotiations with the Soviet Union on the reunification of Germany, an informal agreement was made that the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) would not expand eastward — “Not one inch”.

            No such agreement was done and this has been debunked multiple times.
