Janssen has a few long-acting injectable medications that I’m aware of. My guess is they are referring either to their long-acting antipsychotics or HIV drugs.

This is such a strange ad. It is so specific and yet lacks the specificity on the image itself - it would have to be very targeted or be presented in a special context.
