Hi,
Idk if this is the right place to post but I was wondering if there’s a solid alternative to the mainstream video editing software for Linux… I’d prefer for it to have plugins so that I could add extra VFXs, SFXs and transitional effects to my liking.

Kdenlive is the most advanced and stable non linear video editor on Linux.
Would you say that the transition to Kdenlive from MAGIX/Sony Vegas is smooth?
Laat time i used Sony Vegas was like, 2006, but the basic workflow is the same
Add clips to project, put on timeline, cut and arrange them into tracks, add effects.
