City’s contingency plan envisages the evacuation of nearly three million remaining residents, according to the newspaper
The evacuation part stirs my tinfoil hat. Perhaps they are planning to go ahead with the dirty bomb idea?
Possible, but more likely is that they’re evacuating because of the coming winter. The lack of heating makes the homes death traps. Better to evacuate people to cities that still have it.
Ukrainian government has been so “good” with it’s treatment of civilians that the only time they even plan preemptive evacuation we assume the worst. Ain’t this fucked…
We’re talking about the government that was giving out AKs to pretty much randos from the very offset of the war, released convicted child rapists and employs literal cannibals in their forces while being lauded for all.
Fucked doesn’t quite cover it I’m afraid
The article is from RT. It’s Russian propaganda not worth reading.
At least RT doesn’t portray Nazis as heroes.

I wonder what algorithm your brain uses to determine which sources are worth reading. I’m guessing it’s something along the lines of
if source.From == "Russia" || source.From == "China" { source.Propaganda = true source.Read = false } else { source.Propaganda = false source.Read = true }
Ок
lol
Shows you the critical thinking skills of a lib. Because the source is russian then automatically it is not true in your eyes without even reading or critically examining their claims. If RT reported water is wet would you think that is propaganda too?
They probably would, considering most western countries voted against Russia’s resolution to combat the glorification of nazism.
It’s based on a NY Times article:
https://www.nytimes.com/2022/11/05/world/europe/kyiv-ukraine-electricity-russia-infrastructure.html
RT should have added a link to the article.
