Instead of liquid smoke I use smoked paprika.

I go to local mill and buy gluten there in 15 kilo bags for very little money ;).

is one of the biggest mills here. Just talk to the people in front. they didn’t understand at first and thought it was funny. But now vegan is more common they understand it :D

Is it possible to just buy seitan? I can’t find it anywhere.
In fact, I don’t think my local supermarket sells vital wheat gluten either.
I find it at health food stores / Whole Foods.
Also making it is pretty easy provided you can get gluten. You could probably order gluten offline if you can’t find it in the store.
Unfortunately its pretty expensive to just buy seitan. But you can buy vital wheat gluten online for pretty cheap.
… and instead Agava(Maple)?
