    Woah, what a text. As someone who has not come to terms with their body, much of it really resonates with me deeply (I cried like halfway through); and it is so neatly written too.

      Yes, I think the fact that coming out means so much psychologycal trauma only because society is determined to fuck you up and down makes it a really hard decision. Thinking that this person is never going to be able to be herself only for peer presure and that there are a lot of similar people throughout the world is simply depressing.

    This is a beautiful piece of writing. She expresses the reality of what a lot of queer / trans people experience. She’s clearly intelligent and I have no useful advice for her. It does make me want to take action to change this world so that people are free to be who they are. The human experience of gender has far more depth and complexity than what we have limited ourselves to.
