    Flawless execution. That bar looked like it was weightless in his hands. Un Guk Kim weighed 62 kilos, so he effectively lifted 2.8x his body weight here, bringing a dead weight from the ground all the way above his head.

    Only a handful of athletes (if that) ever lifted more than 3x their bodyweight in weightlifting, and two of them are from the DPRK.
