The french association La Quadrature Du Net is fighting against the usage of a police file in the context of the covid19 pandemic. They where allowed to use this file to keep a list of the people who didn’t submit to the lockdown, or mask obligation, but also every type of fine you could get, by the government. This usage is illegal under french law, and disproportionate.
