if it’s less pain than work and it is paid the same I like it, otherwise I probably don’t like it.

Theoretically, team-building exercise can be great. They can be an opportunity to handle relational problems, create meningful connection between workers and they can be a good starting point to bring relevant issue bottom-up.
Still, they can and are mostly used in a bad way, to enforce stupid or anti-worker (or anti-union) culture and so on.
If i need the money ‘ok’. If i don’t need the money, i’d rather be hung.
In person team building events can be great. However, I have yet to participate in a good remote/virtual team building event.
Has anyone had a good experience with remote/virtual team building exercises?
Never liked them, and I think it’s a bit cringe to see adults play games with colorful objects and whatnot. :/
I would rather that with wfh, than none but I have to go in to the office
