    Wait but 12 million is not far from being the entire Uyghur population in Xinjiang. The piece of evidence that told me that the genocide was not only not likely but straight up false, was Zenz’s IUD statistics. If you follow the numbers he uses, he moved a decimal somewhere or something, I have no clue how he concluded that Xinjiang, with 25.8 of China’s 1.4 billion population, and only 8.7% of the IUD share, his conclusion showed that they had 80+% of China’s IUD share. It makes no goddamned sense, it’s fake

      It’s also about half the entire population of Xinjiang. In other words: if the Chinese government really “disappeared” that many people, the region’s entire economy would collapse.
