The Cyberspace Administration of China closed down the accounts the past month, following President Xi Jinping’s call to end the country’s food waste problem.

    Food eating contests/videos or anything similar really disgust me. I never understood the pleasure of watching someone eat.

      Yeah, same here. I had no idea mukbangs are as popular as they are in Asia. Can’t understand for the life of me why, though.

    Oooooh, so that’s what a mukbang is! I watched a JonTron video a while back where he ate something that looked like schwarma or something at the end and I assumed that’s what the dish was called. I learned something today!

      Shawarma rolls with minced meat are damn tasty things. We eat them a lot in India with green chilli paste and mayonnaise.
