Will find primary sources going forward. It seems he was talking about HDCP as mentioned in a reddit thread that can be found under: “DRM gets inside kernel” and here https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/intel-gfx/2017-November/148896.html pretty old news, but I am interested in further corporate devolution of their old open source campaign.
