I’m a fan of oat milk. Not for taste reasons, but because you can make it yourself easily (oatmeal+water+salt in a blender, then filter out the remaining oatmeal, which you can even make porridge from), and because oats grow regionally where I’m from, so there’s less CO2 emission through transport, and they need much less water than almonds or soy.
