Fucking Sunak man. That guy is almost a parody of an out of touch hyperwealthy wanker.

‘I have friends who are aristocrats, I have friends who are upper class, I have friends who are working class. Well, not working class.’

    What a prick.

I know he’s a Tory, and therefore a member of “the good party”, but why is he so beloved? How did the UK become full of temporarily embarrassed millionaires too?

I think partially it was an admittedly masterful use of liberal ‘we need more ethnically diverse billionaires’ grift. Also coming after Theresa May, Boris Johnson, and the other one, it probably helps that he looks like he knows what he’s doing.

Britain elects first female PM: horrible neoliberal ghoul.

Britain elects first PoC PM: horrible neolibetal ghoul.

At this point I’m expecting Britain to elect their first LGBT PM who’ll end up putting minorities up on a dart board and throwing darts to pick who gets murdered in the name of tax credits for climate change mitigation.

“We provide a service to people, saving their lives”

“Aha! Now we are getting somewhere. We understand services, like prisons!”

    “What n-”

“Can we take away all the basic human rights of patients and make them work as slave labour?”

    “No that isn’-”

“Or maybe charge such an astronomical rate for necessary treatments that we own them for the rest of their lives. Let’s do that one!”

Best part about this is I’m really not sure how close or far from reality it is. Like, this conversation may as well have happened as far as I know.

The workers get their money, each according to their ability for the more difficult skills are compensated, and each according to their need, the minimum wage in the institution is one that one can live off of.
