Singapore would like to give every resident a wearable device for COVID-19 contact tracing, bu it's raising privacy concerns in the process.

      So many people are afraid of the virus that they are willing to sacrifice their own privacy for the sake of “security”. Dystopian.

      It’s legitimately a hard issue to deal with. If I could trust that the information gathered via these devices wouldn’t be used maliciously it would be a great benefit to reducing the deaths due to covid. The problem is that we all know that you cannot trust the people gathering info like this…
