I never understood this story. Like, they fought to a border. So what? Is there a constant battle going on alongside the entire border? Did they find a quiet place and took pictures? Or did they carry around a pole like in the video and faked the whole thing?
Pretty sure there’s an actual shelling of villages on the Russian border though. Rostov oblast and thereabouts.
Yeah, they have attacked the border town Belgorod in Russia and almost daily shells Donetsk in Donbas. DPR says 126 civilians killed in republic in 101 days of conflict escalation. 586 civilians have suffered different wounds.
All these attacks have been with aviation or some form of artillery. They have not had soldiers there since the start of the conflict as far as i know.
It still worries me, you know? As a Russian citizen, I prefer to expect the Ministry of Defence to be able to prevent such events.
