The title would make you think it’s from the onion; that is unfortunately not the case.

More reasons to leave this miserable place. The US needs to be abolished.

I honestly can’t wait for some country to liberate us and be like “damn, y’all live like this?”

There is plenty of public transport where I live, but it’s so miserably bad that I’d rather walk.

The seats feel like they’re made of metal, the buses and subways are extremely dirty, so much so that you’d probably get sick from just forgetting to sanitize your hands after being in one. There is always someone doing something stupid like singing (horribly) at the top of their lungs in the middle of the bus or throwing their trash all over the floor, and nothing ever happens to them. The operators are all rude, and understandably so, considering the poor conditions they have to work in, and the almost nonexistent pay for having to deal with that.

Essentially, our public transport is just virtue signaling so that the politicians in charge of them can pretend that they’re saving the environment and helping the poor.

Sen. Frank Niceley, R-Strawberry Plains, drew widespread criticism last week for meandering comments tenuously connecting Adolf Hitler to the legislation. Niceley said Hitler at one point lived on the streets and used the experience as a “way to connect with the masses.”

It’s funny how anticommunists like this never mention the more obvious and far more important similarities that they have in common with Schicklgruber, like… gee, I don’t know… his aggressive anticommunism or upper‐class adulthood.

Conservatives: If you are poor you just gotta lift yourself up by the bootstraps. Murica is a free country.

Poor Person: Well ok since I can’t afford to buy a home or rent I’ll save money by camping out instead and just maybe I might be able to start getting somewhere.

Conservatives: Oh no you aren’t! I’m not going to let plebs like you camp out in public places and tarnish the outside appearance of this oh so great country!

Poor Person: But…but…you said America is a free…

    Conservatives: BEGONE FILTH!
