That’s USS The Sullivans, sunk 2 days ago because huge hull breach caused by poor maintenance. Unfortunately that is only the museum ship, but together with what is happening to USS Texas (and probably other museum ships too?) shows they don’t even have the cash to properly maintain the domestic imperialist monuments.

Who cares, the ship is a 40+ years old soviet model, its a relic. Russia has way better ships. Besides, this ship only did air defense, of which there are plenty more. Its not a big loss. For context, in the Falklands War, the british lost 6 warships in 2 months, and they still crushed Argentina. Russia has lost 1 ship in almost 2 months. Also there is 0 evidence it sunk because of a missile strike by Ukraine, and the Pentagon has said that fires sinking ships is very common. The fact that Ukraine published fake videos as “proof” that they sunk it is more evidence that they are lying.
Tldr this means nothing, its just the western media overdosing on copium.
