I was just reading posts on there a few minutes ago and it is now banned. That sub was pretty much just educational, this shit is getting ridiculous.

    If they banned GenZhou unprovoked I won’t be surprised if they just ban all communist/socialist subs outright. Twitter doesn’t even seem as bad about bans as Reddit has been recently.

          Honestly i dont think its influential enough nowadays to be compared. Yeah its filled with shit, but its very boring shit. Twitter and reddit are filled with newer and more influential garbage.

            By user count, Facebook is the largest by far, and that is before you take other Facebook/Meta properties like WhatsApp and Instagram into account. Facebook may not be the source of cutting edge cultural developments anymore, but it is a collosal percolator of reactionary garbage.

      As i read your comment a Brazilian comrade just got banned on Twitter for debunking the holodomor, i wasn’t even expecting that because i thought Twitter was a little more tolerant, i could only guess it’s because the holodomor serves for the western war propaganda and he was attracting a lot of attention.
