The America COMPETES Act of 2022 only needs presidential approval to become law. If it is passed, it will mark the official start of a new Cold War against China.
Such an American way of framing it as if this is some big competition. They’re going to throw so many resources into worrying about what China is doing instead of just fixing their own problems.
