• On which appropriate safeguards in the meaning of Article 46 GDPR is the data transferred to TeleSign in the US ?
• If these appropriate safeguards are the standard clauses approved by the EU Commission, please send me a signed and dated copy of these, with a list of the recipients to which the data is sent (Article 13 (1)(e) and 15 (2) GDPR) and Annex III of the SCCs)
• What are the supplementary measures in place, in line with the decision C-311/18 of the Court of Justice of the EU?
