You will definitely need a PeerTube instance with your own PeerTube account, AFAIK. If you want to simply have a place to post your videos, the simplest solution would be to find an instance that suits your needs and requirements the best. I would take a look at joinpeertube.org site probably for that, but other than that, I have no idea.
