    Keep in mind that it’s a proprietary app, with premium features… All the opposite of what Fediverse clients should be if you ask me

      While I probably wouldn’t use a propitiatory client I have no real issues with it. You can always switch off if you feel that it isn’t respecting you, even if it is harder to verify what it is doing under the hood.

      Basically having a federated and open protocol greatly mitigates the downsides of a proprietary client.

      Edit: sorry comment posted twice. The remmy iOS app doesn’t seem to do blocking when posting so it will let you hit the button without any visual feedback

      Eh.Do work get paid.

      Seems good to me. Especially since apple and google minimum charge $125 cumulatively to register their AppStore.

      Also shit in America is going up in price especially in the west.
