We need to promote Lemmy more, especially in the libre/privacy/decentralization communities where there is likely a higher concentration of people that will want to support this project. Most of our perspective users don’t even know we exist.
yep, not great :/ although i have no idea as to what is an average growth speed for such projects… do you happen to have this sort of data for any similar projects?
I don’t :man shrugging: . No matter what the thing is tho, whether it grows really quickly, or slowly people will say its dead in the water if it doesn’t match facebook’s size instantly.

Hehe true, active users are more important. Right now we have maybe 6 active, and 30 or so lurking.
