    It’s FOSS, It clearly states that it “grants rights to study, execute, modify and redistribute the Software or its derivatives”, but “reserve the commercial use of these rights to the only entities defined in Article 3.”

        Indeed, the maintainer acknowledges that as well in response to a query I sent them about it:

        Hello. The License is Coopyleft and it’s not technically open source since it’s designed to prevent adoption from non-democratic companies.
