Projects that use web3 do not mean per se web3 is doing so great. Many are pretty confused as to what is and is not web3. Web3 wallets could be used for so much more like an alternate means of authentication and even authorization for instance.

This is complete FUD. How much is held by how few wallets does not of necessity have anything at all to do with how a project is governed or how decentralized it is. Decentralization does not mean that the majority of wallets hold a roughly equal amount in the least.

Fair and free market are not the same thing exactly. Only free market can be fair but “fair” is a fuzzy term. The hard bit is fiat <-> monero and more merchant and other seller monero acceptance. Things like gift cards for crypto help but many of the main ones of those don’t take monero currently.
