I’m using Joplin and I’m quite happy with it :)
I couldn’t see anyone mentioning so I would add Disco Elysium
Not your typical RPG by any measure, but one of my top favorite games of all time, more focused on exploration and talking/decisions rather than fighting. Also has a unique mechanic where “stats” are connected to mental attributes that talk with the character by offering advice, insight, or just poor suggestions depending on your level :D
Those are the best beans, they’re a tactile with the squishiest feel 🥰 You just need to be careful that if you push them the whole way you might get cut :P All in all, I would 100% recommended the cat and the beans 💯
Out of curiosity, what did you use to detect tracking attempts?
I personally think this is an issue that will become less important in the future: we already have gone super far compared with 20 years ago when it comes to automated translations, and it’s still getting better, so I don’t think it will be necessary to have a “standard European language”. Of course, for legal documents there must be a standard, but most people won’t have to interact directly with those documents so it doesn’t require that language to be well known to all
Sorry, I meant 3 thumb keys per thumb (I’m just too used to that layout, but I love the compact design of the keyboard)
I would buy one in a heartbeat if they had three keys in the thumb clusters 🥲
I can’t believe soulseek still exists, I have so many memories of getting the wrong content or suspicious files with it more than a decade ago 🥲
I’m sorry, but I don’t see how that’s relevant to the point. If we make this analogy, with how the invasion of Iraq by the USA was bad, why should we treat the invasion of Ukraine by Russia differently?
I am honestly confused, so please don’t take this too negatively, but it seems to me that you’re making the point that what the USA did in Iraq was terrible (which I agree to), but using that as an argument that Ukraine should just take more or less the same treatment from Russia?
I used for a while MyTinyTodo and personally I really liked the simplicity and minimalism, while having a good range of features (also super small footprint on the server) Sadly I realized too lists were not really working for me anymore, so I had to move to a kanban board, but I have fond memories of that software :)
Totally, I would just prefer to desolder one switch rather than all of them :P
It should work, the board does support that configuration :) Thanks, I think I’ll try that once I have some more time in the summer!
There’s no screws, just that the stabilizer is held between the board and the plate. I guess that trying to break/cut it would be the way to go, but I was hoping someone with experience could tell me if its a terrible idea :P
That makes sense, i was just wondering if I was just missing it or if it just wasnt’t there :P The app is pretty nice, so all my thanks to the devs :)
From what I understand, no. Maybe that’s a feature that will be introduced later on, but for now there’s no way. I hear people suggesting to make accounts on multiple instances, but that wouldn’t solve the problem that if the instance dies, all your content and account die with it. If you want to have the most control over your data, you should set up your own instance (where for example you’re the only user) but that obviously requires time/energy/know-how
I would add MonoclesChat as well, it’s a fork of Conversations with some quality of life improvements. It’s obviously thought to be used with the Monocles ecosystem, but works fine with whatever XMPP server ;)
