Does a UN resolution achieve anything? I don’t expect any sanctions to be lifted as a result of this…

Me neither, this mostly shows where countries stand politically. Given that most of the world is against the sanctions regime the west promotes, I expect to see majority of the world abandoning western financial system going forward.
