    No idea about documentary movies (hey i’m a Pole, we don’t have anything except anticommunist propaganda in TV) but obligatory book “Ten Days That Shook The World”

    Your best bet is probably to search for a Soviet made documentary and hope you can find subtitles for it.

    Not documentaries but Eisenstein’s Battleship Potemkin and Octobre are great and freely available on Youtube.
