you can see this is a throwaway account, you likely won’t get replies. btw i recently switched from edge to arc browser since i got an invite somehow (am using startpage as my search engine)

      This is just fearmongering that has been going on for years now. Their privacy policy did not change and there is no evidence that indicates they are violating user privacy - that is simply a baseless claim. Startpage is a reliable private search engine that delivers high quality results from Google. This engine might not be for everyone, I personally would rather use DDG or Brave Search as I do not value Google results, but for those who do, I would argue Startpage is a great choice for extra privacy.
