DHL sent ALL PinePhones to New Zealand instead of their actual destinations 🤦. How this happened is beyond us. This is a blunder on their part, but ultimately we're the ones that get to apologize to you - very sorry about this. It will take aprx a week to sort this situation out

    The only “semi” realistic case I could see on the IT side is their Database being so fucked up that anything to do with a particular pattern “e.g. anything with “pinephone” or what have you” associated with a singular shipping addressing.

    Still there’s shouldn’t been DHL responsibilities to proactively make sure this were to be halted once there were such reasonings to believe that their systems were fucked up in such manners.
