Following the Schrems II ruling, the CNIL was invited by the Conference of University Presidents and the Conference of Large Schools to comment on the use of “collaborative sets for education” offered by US companies.

In view of the risk of illegal access to data, the CNIL calls for changes in the use of these tools and will help the organizations concerned to identify possible alternatives.

            There is no mention of Portugal in the link.

            The website is a French institutions writing in French about decisions implicating other French institutions hosted on a French domain.

            There is no Portuguese. None. Nowhere. I don’t know where you learned that language but they bamboozled you and teached you French instead.
