Yeah, saw him a lot on QI back in the day. But then, QI never really made a fuss of their guests politics - they had Clarkson on there more than a few times. But still. It’s a shame.
The only comedian I really like any more is Stewart Lee, who, while he is an insufferable lib, is at least a funny insufferable lib (and it’s part of his stage character). His bit on “Paul Nuttals of the UKIPs” still gets me in stitches every time. (Also, he only ever did panel shows to get extra cash when he was having a kid)
