Yes he will, after he will be ousted from office. Do remember that all the traitors like him or wałęsa or Gorbachev get rewarded by CIA by having a very lucrative lectures nobody is interested in.
Maybe he’ll also get a pizza hut commercial like Gorbachev?
A “Little Caesar’s” ad would be more appropriate (US pizza chain that’s actually worse than pizza hut, if you can believe it)

He probably leaves that to people better suited at it than he is. The last thing you want in a war is for untrained politicians to make the decisions :)
