Depends on the industry and job you’re trying to get and how many years of experience you have. The general rule is you should be spending 8 hours a day applying to jobs.

Depending on your field, I’ve been able to optimize at 110 applications an hour; took me 600 applications to get my first 2 job offers, the longest part being figuring out how to apply with such high rates
(My field is computer science, YMMV)
You must be applying outside of your city to do so many applications? I don’t know if my city even has 600 computer sci jobs.
Applying for everything well beyond my city borders tbh. Now is the time to do it too with remote work.
Regardless of whether you do 110 an hour or 10 an hour, the result will be the same. You’ll eventually run out of jobs, but in the former case you’ll actually get a couple interviews.

If you have no work, then looking for jobs is your full-time work. Which means you should be spending ~8 hours a day applying. Depending on the job you’re looking for and your experience, you could be applying at the rate of 1 application per hour or 1 application per 5 minutes.
