If when they where at their peak of emperialism they haved workers, then they will also have now. We can even say that now they have even more workers then before, they are just infected with the disease that is the Middle class mindset, they are pacified, they dont think they are being scamed and abused by the upper class, so they think there is no need for a revolution. Those people need an reality shock so they can awake from this liberal induced ilusion.
