I often notice people discussing the (supposedly only potential) existence of chemical weapons in Ukraine. I’ve learned not to trust everything I see in front of me, so I want some concrete proof of such a bold claim.
Speaking of bold claims about Ukraine, does anyone have a “masterpost” for the Russia-Ukraine conflict? I just wanna read more about it through a Marxist-Leninist perspective.

State Dept verifies labs are real but for defensive purposes.
The most smoking-gun-ish source I’ve seen that the labs had an offensive character. This obviously isn’t verified so it’s commonly claimed to be a conspiracy theory. I don’t have enough info to have an opinion either way. But if the labs did have an offensive character I wouldn’t be surprised.

Hexbear is on Megathread 33. The early megathreads were a lot more interesting as details began to unfold, and one user starts acting as a news ticker somewhere around #20 or something. But you’ll find a lot of both dead and live links in there, and a mix of both odd and plausible theories.

No problem. I just think it’s funny when people deny the labs exist entirely, like those are some alternative facts brainworms.
I will only trust an international investigation on this subject. And I mean truly international, if its only conducted by NATO countries, then its worthless.
I guess the Russian army interviewed some lab victims. Info is still technically unverified.
Like others say, Victoria Nuland herself confirmed they exist and they are dangerous (in her context “she is afraid that Russians will seize and use them instead” — so at best with full benefit of doubt, Ukraine was developing very dangerous chemical weapons, they just totally had no plans to use them). She is the “fuck the EU” lady that has been very invested in installing American interests in Ukraine as a big part of her portfolio.
Russia at the time also published a few of their documents that were downloadable to the world.
