IDK, but I doubt it - it smells like a fake. I don’t have the stomach to actually look for the horrible video - but I’ve read various descriptions of it, and every time it’s something different. Nobody can get their story straight as to what this soldier actually did to this kid - which leads me to believe that it’s fake. I think what happened is that some sicko posted a random vid or various vids of CP/snuff along with this backstory about a Russian soldier doing it - hence why everybody’s description is different, because they all saw different vids. There’s also the possibility that there is no video at all and all of these people are just making it up in a collective effort to smear Russia. Whatever it is, it looks extremely fishy…

It is indeed true, only thing that people lie about is that it happened during the invasion of Ukraine. That case happened a year ago when that soldier was in VDV (and is now a civilian) and has been arrested as far as I know

As far as I could stomach to investigate: it is true, the toddler is related to him, and he was arrested for it. It has nothing to do with the war though.
