@Confidant6198 I changed to a vegan diet and lost since then about 1 kg every four weeks, still going on since about a year. I don’t eat late in the evening and am totally fine, without feeling too hungry.
The issue with me is that whenever I try to eat less calories I am hungry and unproductive. I cannot concentrate. I cannot sleep due to the hunger discomforts. I need a way to kill the hunger somehow.
@Confidant6198 then start eating earlier and see how early you can go. Leave sweets and sugar drinks first. Eat beans, wheat and vegetables. Whenever you feel hungry eat some nuts. This helped me a lot.
