I feel for people who are obviously voting in a desperate attempt to avoid Trump because of what they know will happen to their communities with him in power, but I’m also frustrated that these same people haven’t been made aware that the same thing is coming if Kamala wins too.

The complacency born from her victory is going to encourage far too many vulnerable people to drop their evacuation plans until it’s too late.

On another level, I have nothing but total anguish and vitriol for people who try to rationalize genocide under the comparatively selfish “if they have to die, at least I can get a tinier slice of comfort until they come for me next”

“The government ‘gives’ you a little crumb of power and you’re only ‘allowed’ to use it to vote for the person who is the least bad”

Does this sound like a country that should be allowed to exist?

What a bunch of servile, bootlicking fucks

Libs have completely accepted that nothing they can do will change the democratic party’s increasingly fascist shift. Strangely, they seem to take pride in that too.

They’re using the little power they have to give uncompromising support to the people doing genocide. This is how they save democracy.

Oh and the uncommitted and leftist movements that choose to use that power differently - by threatening to (or actually) withholding their vote unless their demands the democrats stop the genocide - is bad for democracy.

    Closing messages for both campaigns.

Republicnas: You’re right, every single one of your petty personal complaints are valid and the fault of immigrants just as you suspected so well do all the things you want us to do to solve that problem

Democrats: shut the fuck up you stupid sexists russians, voting isn’t supposed to be fun and we’re not gonna do a god damn thing for you. Also if you dont vote for us based on that sales pitch you deserve all the bad things that are going to happen to you. We’re actively fantasiz8ng about those bad things happening to you actually.

Liberals have advanced to the point of “Oh, you hysterical leftists and your purity tests, you just call everyone who doesn’t 100% align with you on everything a fascist!”

While aligning with us on absolutely nothing and committing genocide

Any support of this genocide today is poison to the future of any person interested in organizing a people’s movement tomorrow. Liberals believe they’ll continue to sweep this atrocity under the rug forever, that history will never recognize what they’ve done. They think they are getting away with it, and as such don’t believe there will be consequences.

This nonsense of supporting a party to the Gazan genocide now to maybe possibly secure better organizing conditions later is poisoning the well for western leftist movements for decades to come. None of these people will be welcome in any sort of actual, serious leftist movement that ever comes about in the imperial core, their support would be a massive anti-endorsement.

Western democracy is the most important thing to defend in the world. You wouldn’t want China as the world superpower, would you?

Oh, by the way, voting isn’t supposed to be good. You’re not supposed to vote for what you want!

I just found out earlier today there’s a fucking Larouchite running for a state senate seat and the novelty of that was literally the most excited I’ve felt about anything this entire election other than the 5 seconds between learning somebody shot Trump and that he was fine.

What you say: “I think Kamala is awful, she’s complicit in genocide and I can’t cast my ballot for her in good conscience.”

What libs hear: “I don’t want to vote because it would make me feel bad 😢😢😢”
