I propose an alternate reading of the situation: Sure, as “americans” (bourgeois proletarian subjects of pedo reich) we certainly are conditioned by our culture to be cavalier about violence, especially violence done to other peoples. But by the same token, that means we also know what other americans are like and what it takes to stop us.

I do actually think reading it has value, in that it is so unflinchingly stupid that you gain a new appreciation for the depth of fascist hatred and derangement. By the end, the world is a nuclear wasteland with actual mutants but it’s presented as a happy ending because at least all the non white people are dead too. It is so earnest in it’s wretchedness that I gained new insight into how pathetic it’s author was.

I also try to make my space look and feel like a resident evil save room, so I’m sympathetic. But I do it authentically, with curios that I’ve found or made over time, plants and largely my own art.
