From October 2021 to a few days ago I could barely make progress on my projects and I don’t like feeling cold.
Now I feel like I can generate motivation again.
Vitamin D. Deficiency in winter makes me confused and fend of feelings of despair. Had a blood test during the pandemic and found I was really vit D deficient. Now I take it everyday and haven’t felt that way since

it could be a vitamin deficiency, but you should do some research on seasonal depression.
maybe seasonal depression? Or something like that? Maybe you are not dressed warm enough and thus always uncomfortable? (this happened to me when I was younger)

just buy some undershirts and warm under clothes and wear these during winter!
