    Some sources (Guardian) show Ukraine denies involvement, I wonder if this could be the beginnings of Russians activity against Putins invasion.

      Ukraine continues to thinly deny, but the US confirmed today it was the Ukrainians.

        Likely indicating that there are now factions in Ukraine working towards cross purposes. Presumably Zelensky’s faction wants negotiations to succeed while the more extreme factions are trying to sabotage him.

        Heh, yes “thinly deny” seems appropriate. I suppose they prefer a bit of confusion in the air.

      Shouldn’t it declare war first or operation on the foreign territory?

          The relations between nations are closer to anarchy than anything “international law” would imply. Nations declare war or fantastically a war on some idea (“terror”) or never declare as they see fit. It’s mostly for internal consumption, these days. But time and again, we see might makes right.
