Mine is rice, beans/tofu, a random assortment of sauteed veggies, and some random sauce from my fridge.

    Smash some avocado onto a big tortilla, pile on chopped veggies (cucumbers, bell peppers, tomato, lettuce, jalapenos), sprinkle on crunchy fried onion, black pepper, and nooch. Roll it up, bam, a filling salad I can eat with one hand. No cooking, hardly any dishes, and I can chop and store veggies in glass containers to last for a few days and make more wraps.
