Not a bad article, but I must admit being sceptical of the author’s general worldview. Here’s the bit:

There simply aren’t enough checks and balances in place to prevent this from happening, and not enough will from the public to fight for them while fighting is still possible.
It seems to be based on the premise of bourgeoisie states not being dictatorships to begin with, and on pretending that the lauded liberal “checks and balances” are not a pipe dream and have worked in the past.
I think it’s just worded for western audience. Most people in the west don’t really understand the concept of class dictatorship, and you have to use the kind of language seen in the article to reach them. Deprogramming westerners is going to be a long and hard process.
Yeah she’s mostly a grifter for anti-democrat and anti-“capital L” liberals that happens to overlap with some communist stances at this moment in time. I don’t think she is worth posting here
