The last time the enemy of a NATO power had a functioning plane was Vietnam and they’re trying to explain how to fight against an enemy that more or less has air superiority. The only countries that should be advising them are Iraq and Afghanistan, and even then those militias seem quaint in the new era of small drones. What is a western veteran of those wars going to explain to them other than how to find the Burger King on base?
