Now that federation seems to be attained, how does it look in relation to communities? Does each node have its own c/fediverse, or are they somehow joined?

    I can see how that effectively synchronizes startrek.lemmy.ml/c/main and dune.lemmy.ml/c/main from a front page point of view. Is there any way planned to see all main posts across all nodes? I’m wondering about the possibility for a user interested in main to see all the fediverse Lemmy content concerning it, for example.

      It doesn’t. A post from one will say posted to main@startrek.lemmy.ml. They’re completely separate communities.

      You have to follow a community to see it in your feed.

      I don’t think so, besides just viewing /c/all.
