    That seems like bullshit. The modification of Windows 10 and therefore the potential license violation would have to be carried out by each individual user. The availability of a tool to ease that is itself not a violation, especially considering that the author could have theoretically created it without ever entering into the License Agreement of Windows. You can’t claim a violation of a contract without even showing the existence of said contract.

    Obviously, though, GitHub will not fight a legal inquiry by their owner and just abuse their right to kick a user out.
