Question is - why should Russia be happy? Ukraine and its “benefactors” had no intentions of following Minsk agreements (and admitted as much), and in fact used them as a breathing room for shoring up weapon stocks. Why should “Minsk 3” be any different? Azov pows that were freed during exchanges are already back, either fighting or training new stock. Weapons keep flowing. It might give some chance for civilians to evacuate, I suppose, but with how the conscription has been going and with how LDNR keep getting shelled, I doubt it’ll help.
