Eric Zuesse On January 25th, Turkiye’s Hürseda Haber somehow leaked online, allegedly from Israel’s Mossad, the losses by both Ukraine and Russia, thus far in Ukraine’s war: UKRAINE: 157,000 Dead 234,000 injured 17,230 Captives 234 Dead – NATO military trainers (US and UK) 2,458 Dead – NATO soldiers (Germany, Poland, Lithuania, ...) 5,360 Dead –

If that is real, it clearly indicate warcrimes by Ukraine. Ratio of KiA to PoW’s for Russia is over 9 to 1. But for Ukraine it is over 57 to 1. And all that when Ukraine is the side which did the loud and rapid offensives meaning they advanced and Russians withdrawn which would cause more PoW’s be taken by UA.

For comparison, in the battle of Okinawa, one of the most brutal and merciless, where the Japanese got active orders to not surrender it was between 7 - 16 to 1.

This means UA is not taking/killing prisoners.

    Yeah i know, my comment was more to pinch at the lemmy natoids to see if they will comment it, and of course, not one of those that think Zelensky is the second coming of Christ responded, not even the ones who blatantly deny obvious facts (not to mention unconfirmed leaks from supposed Mossad) to the point of making 20-comment long strings.

    About the data itself, of course i don’t believe in “leak” from Mossad, if that is indeed the source it probably was released intentionally. But if the data is true, then the data is true and open for analysis and interpretation. It certainly looks fairly correct compared to other estimates we know.
